LOW HOA & MELLO-ROOS FEES
Low HOA fees and enough units in the complex to weather any storm. The Heights at Carmel Valley benefits from "power in numbers" with 225 units in the complex when and if a roof system needs to be replaced, or walls need to be re stuccoed or balcony wrought iron needs to be repainted, the more units you have in your HOA complex the more mild the special assessment will be when and if one is needed beyond the available reserves.
