EASY IN-N-OUT ACCESS

The Sunstream community offers convenient and easy access to El Camino Real, the I-5 and SR-56 freeways through two exits located on Carmel View Road (near Camino Mira Del Mar and Carmel Grove Road)

SHOPPING

Sunstream is literally right in the middle of it all.  The community is located within short walking distance from two of the most dynamic shopping centers in Carmel Valley:  Del Mar Highlands Town Center (directions), One Paseo (directions) and Piazza Carmel (directions).

 

RECREATION

Sunstream is only a 5-15 minute walk to the Carmel Grove Park (directions), Carmel Valley Recreation Center (community center, tennis and basketball courts, and a swimming pool) (directions), the Carmel Valley Library (directions) and the Carmel Valley Skatepark (directions).
