The 2 bed 2 bath UPSTAIRS unit was listed for $849,000 on May 11th and then sat for 10 days before Sellers reduced the price to $825,000 on May 21st and then it finally went into escrow on May 26th, 15 days after being listed.  Buyers took out a small $165,000 loan on the property and it closed escrow in 30 days.
