  • Close walking distance to some of Carmel Valley’s best schools - Carmel Del Mar Elementary School, Carmel Valley Middle School, and Torrey Pines High School.

  • Easy access to I-5 and SR-56 freeways, and Del Mar Heights Rd.

Dislikes:

  • The intersection of Mykonos Ln. and Carmel Creek Rd. can get congested during specific times of the day, especially during early mornings and mid afternoons when Carmel Valley Middle School is starting/ending. The Boys & Girls Club of Northwest San Diego is also located next to the middle school.

  • The tri-level floor plans may not be for everyone.
