In terms of upgrades, this unit did not have a single upgrade aside from the dated granite kitchen countertops (we don't include light fixtures, faucets or cabinet hardware).
What do you notice about the photos? They're terrible!!! Not only were the photos unprofessional, but they did absolutely nothing to add value to this critical process and making a big splash on Buyers tablets, phones, and laptops for when they first saw this property on the Internet. Other than listing this home in a frothy and hyperactive Sellers market, with such crappy photos one must ask could this listing have attracted even more attention if they unit was spruced up a bit (carpets professionally cleaned, paint scuffs touched up and some mild to heavy staging) and the agent bit the bullet on some pro photos? Likely! Although one Buyer was willing to pay $51,000 over the list price and with a loan, maybe there was another Buyer out there that would have been attracted to the property and offered even more had their 'first impressions' been more robust.
