The 2 bed 2 bath ground floor unit was listed for $715,000 on January 28th and then was only on the market for 3 days before going into escrow on Jan 31st. This unit closed escrow in 30 days. This unit sold for a whopping $85,000 over the list price. The Buyers obtained a loan for $640,000 or 80% of the purchase price allowing the Buyer to stay within conventional loan down payment limits and avoiding private mortgage insurance (PMI).
In terms of upgrades, this home has very few upgrades that included the following:
2005-ish laminate flooring.
